How accurate is the AI calorie estimation?
NutriAI provides AI-generated nutrition estimates based on your photo and description. Results can vary with lighting, portion size, ingredients, and preparation method, so use them as a helpful estimate rather than a medical or lab-grade measurement.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find NutriAI, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. In the app, go to Settings > Delete Account. This deletes your server-side NutriAI account data and removes local app data from the device. You can also email support@nutriai.app if you need help.
Why did my scan count reset?
Free plan users get 3 scans per day. The count resets at midnight UTC each day.
The AI didn't recognize my food correctly. What do I do?
Try taking a clearer photo with better lighting, or add a text description along with your photo. You can also manually edit the food items and macros after scanning.
Is my meal photo stored on your servers?
No. Photos are sent for real-time AI analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. Saved meal descriptions and nutrition totals sync to your account so your history can be restored after sign-in.
