1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NutriAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NutriAI is an AI-powered calorie and macro tracking application. You can photograph meals or describe them in text, and our AI provides estimated nutritional information including calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat content.

3. AI Estimates Disclaimer

NutriAI provides AI-generated estimates only. Nutritional values are approximations and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary advice. Actual nutritional content may vary based on preparation methods, portion sizes, and ingredient variations. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical dietary needs.

4. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with Apple or Google to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free plan: Includes 3 AI meal scans per day with basic tracking features.
  • Pro plan: Unlimited AI scans, no daily free-scan limit, and continued access to Pro meal analysis features.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Abuse the AI analysis system or attempt to circumvent scan limits
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NutriAI — including design, code, AI models, and branding — are owned by NutriAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or content you submit through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

NutriAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate nutritional estimates, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app from Settings > Delete Account or by contacting support for help. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
